跨域數位人才加速躍升計畫（以下簡稱本計畫）參照「智慧國家」方案願景及數位包容主軸推動策略，以全國均衡發展為目標。於數位轉型浪潮下，我國產業面臨數位人才不足問題，傳統中小企業以及非都會與偏鄉等地區因受數位資源分配與國際視野限制，城鄉數位落差日益凸顯。本計畫將以在地專題實作解題模式，推動與傳統中小企業以及偏鄉、原鄉等地區之地方團體合作，透過學習結合實作，並引入國際人才與數位資源至偏鄉或非山非市地區，提升當地人才之數位能力，強化地方產業轉型、解決當地問題，同時亦為國際人才提供深入了解臺灣之機會，透過實地體驗地方文化並與當地人才交流。

The DIGI+ Talent Acceleration & Jumpstart Program (hereinafter referred to as the program) refers to the "Smart Taiwan" vision and the digital inclusion promotion strategy, with the goal of balanced development across the country. Under the wave of digital transformation, Taiwanese industries are facing the problem of a shortage of digital talents. Traditional small and medium-sized enterprises and non-metropolitan and rural areas are limited by digital resource allocation and international vision, and the digital gap between urban and rural areas has become increasingly prominent. This program will use a local thematic implementation problem-solving model to promote cooperation with traditional small and medium-sized enterprises and local entities in remote and rural areas. By combining learning and practicing, and introducing international talents and digital resources to remote or rural areas, this project aims to enhance the digital capabilities of local talents, strengthen the transformation of local industries, and solve local problems. This program also provides opportunities for international talents to gain an in-depth understanding of Taiwan, experience local culture on the spot, and communicate with local talents.

本計畫專題重點領域聚焦於觀光推廣、數位學習、文化傳遞與地方關懷等重要發展議題，期望結合地方團體過去深耕地方的能量，探尋地方需求，並引入必要的數位資源，結合國內外優秀人才共組團隊，促成在地發展與數位平權雙重目標。

The key topics of this project focus on important development issues including local promotion, digital education, cultural spread and local care. It is expected to combine the energy of local entities in deeply cultivating local areas, explore local needs, introduce necessary digital resources, and combine Taiwanese and international talents, promoting the dual goals of local development and digital equality.
